This traditional term covers a variety of different issues to consider symptoms to "rheumatism" does not mean very much. However, the resources associated with rheumatoid arthritis tend to focus on. However, "non-articular rheumatism", also known as "regional pain syndrome" or "soft tissue rheumatism" can cause discomfort and significant difficulties

The symptoms of arthritis can be seen from several things:
1. pain or discomfort, usually felt around one or more joints (including spine);
2. pain on motion of the affected areas
3. pain (touch) of the affected areas
4. stiffness of the damaged section,
5. improvement of symptoms after mild exercise, but deteriorated after strong exercise;
6. worsening of symptoms in response to climatic factors, especially the falling air pressure and increased humidity, and
7. symptom improvement in response to warming the affected area (s). Not all arthritis pain syndromes have all seven characteristics, but most will at least have the first four.
can also be due to arthritis because we used to bathe at night, so a bath that night could be fatal to our body and bones.
to provide relief for arthritis pain then we have to get used to bathe in the afternoon (not at night)
provide balm / counterpen to reduce the pain.
