Blood pressure is the force of blood pressing an artery wall in the victim's body. Every time your heart beats, pumping blood out into the arteries. Your blood pressure is highest when the heart beats, pumping blood and heart felt down up, This is called systolic pressure.
High blood pressure also called hypertension.
High Blood Pressure there are several kinds:
@ 120/80 or lower is normal blood pressure
@ 140/90 or higher is high blood pressure
@ 120 and 139 for the top number, or between 80 and 89 for the number prehypertension
When high blood pressure began to deteriorate it can attack the blood vessels, heart, and kidneys. so that this can cause heart attacks, strokes, and other problems.
What causes high blood pressure?
In some cases, medical experts can not show the right cause. However, a few things known to increase blood pressure, including being very overweight, drinking too much alcohol, have a family history of high blood pressure, eating too much salt, and getting older.
Your blood pressure may also increase if you are not diligent in exercising, you do not eat enough potassium and calcium, or you have a condition called insulin resistance.
if you do not immediately seek treatment for high blood pressure can damage the heart, brain, kidney, or eyes. This damage causes problems like coronary artery disease, stroke, and kidney failure.

You can help lower your blood pressure by making healthy changes in your lifestyle. If lifestyle changes do not work, you may also need to take a pill. Either way, you will need to control high blood pressure throughout your life.

if you have high blood disease is to avoid eating foods such as meat goats and all ate the food which is prohibited by the doctor as this may lead to a prolonged illness.
