Causes Of Sleep Disorders

* Consume caffeine, nicotine, alcohol can cause many difficulties to sleep. This condition   often experienced by coffee drinkers, smokers, and alcoholics.
* Environmental factors. the music is loud, sound factory, sleeping with the lights blazing, will cause the sleeping person becomes disrupted.

* Psychological stress, exams, end of love, which must have caused a lot of thoughts

Efforts That Can Be Done To Overcome Sleep Disorders Include:

* Avoid foods high yield of sugar (honey, syrup), caffeine (coffee, chocolate, the), cigarettes, or alcohol, before bedtime.

* Sleep and wake at a regular time each day

* Use your bed only for sex and sleep. Not for other activities such as studying, working, reading, gymnastics, and so on.

* Regular exercise will make sleep more soundly and comfortably. Similarly, pregnant women, exercise may reduce the incidence of lower leg cramps.

* Get used to sleep in the dark without lights on

* Pray before you sleep

* Do not use sleeping pills because it can cause side effects such as memory disorders, less vigilant, frequent wetting and headaches.

* Consult a doctor, the doctor may need to give advice or medication
