Health through Yoga

Yoga consists of a series of movements, these exercises require several steps, so that will be seen the results at the end of each of these stages.
Body Detoxification:
Yoga can help detoxify the body because many movements that stimulate blood flow to organs different, so that toxins in the body can get out. Yoga also emphasizes breathing techniques which increase the oxygen from the body. Some movements also stimulates the digestive tract, improving digestion.
Yoga Can Help You Lose Weight
Yoga can help weight loss in several ways:
 
1. This helps people become more aware of their bodies and the need to take care of yourself, including    eating a healthy manner.
2. This can help people gain a sense of control over their bodies and their food choices, and reduce the anxiety that often lead to overeating.
3. It is said that many of the asanas (poses) stimulate the glands, such as the thyroid gland, which can help increase metabolism. 


Muscle Toning.
Yoga makes us stronger through sustainable management of poses. This also involves the muscles that are not used every day, and add overall tone and strength. Self Awareness:
Yoga will help make people aware of their bodies and mood, but more importantly, give them tools to help overcome the problem. For example, people who experience pain can find poses that target and reduce the pain, was also overcome feelings of helplessness. Stress Reduction and Relaxation:
Yoga teaches us to be in the moment and focus on ourselves and our breathing. Say to people to give a sense of control over the situation, and to let go of the things that can not be controlled. This increases the quality of sleep.
